I have been truly blessed by this book. It has helped me to understand that some of the things I felt I was dealing with alone, I'm really not alone. It helped me to realize that you have to let go of any fears that you have and be able to step into whatever your calling is with boldness, knowing that your worth and value as a woman of God is very important. The lessons in the book help to strengthen you and help you to be able to deal with some of the issues that are going on in your life. Also, I think men can read this book. The principles don't change. The lessons can help men understand what their wives or significant others are going through.

"Stop telling me I'm crazy!"

Those screams haunted me night and day as I laid on my bunk in the psyche unit of a nearby hosptial. I had lost my job! I had lost hope! I had lost my mind!

"Cooling Well Water: A Collection: A Collection of Work By An African-American Bipolar Woman" (ISBN 13 978-0-975461204-0-4) is my unique, remarkable story of losing my job due to a lay-off, suffering a nervous breakdown because of it, and becoming diagnosed with a mental illness with an ugly and embarrassing stigma. It is also my testimony of deliverance.

When the doctors informed my family that my sanity would never return, they recommended that I be committed to a mental institution so my family could move on with their lives. I could hear that death sentence and although I could not speak because I had lost many motor skills, too, I simply cried.

Two wonderful things happened when the doctors told my family to walk away; first, I could hear a whisper in my soul calling the name "Jesus." Second, my family said, "We will take care of her."

I am excited about all the opportunities that "Authors and Speakers of Excellence" are receiving through this website. I have written 2 "Non-Fiction" books about the journey of life's perplexities. I have travel through single, married, separated, divorce and now re-married for 31 years. I suffer mightily through the hands of "Church-folks" for many years in a traditional Church that I grow up in. I did not have anyone to help develop, or teach me, what happening to me on the inside; was called the present of the Holy Ghost. We were not brought up in our Church sitting to experience the power of God in our lives.
In addition, when I finally got free and join a Non-traditional Church I thought the suffering was over....Oh!!! Was I ever deceived? I grieved for many years, until I came to realize that the fire keeps burning as long as I believed that all things are possible.
